FC Porto and Liverpool are the protagonists of the other game scheduled this Wednesday in UEFA Champions League. The first leg is taking place in Portugal, but even so, Liverpool are in pole-position at the bookmakers.
FC Porto have shown a great form this season, fighting with a good chance for the title in Primeira Liga. They did well in Champions League too and they should not be neglected here. Felipe is suspended and will not feature in the first leg, but there are few more doubts in the squad. Porto are likely to use a 4-4-2 system, with Soares and Marega up front.
Liverpool are in the Champions League KO stage for the first time after nine years. They had an easy group with Spartak Moscow, Sevilla and Maribor, winning it without too many problems. The Reds lost Coutinho this winter, but they strenghtened the defense by bringing in Van Dijk. Emre Can could be an important miss for Jurgen Klopp, as the midfielder is suspended. We'll probably see Wijnaldum, Henderson and Chamberlain at the centre of the park in Porto.
FC Porto vs Liverpool probable lineups:
FC Porto (4-4-2): Casillas - Pereira, Reyes, Marcano, Telles - Corona, Herrera, Oliveira, Brahimi - Soares, Marega.
Liverpool (4-3-3): Karius - Arnold, Matip, Dijk, Robertson - Wijnaldum, Henderson, Chamberlain - Salah, Firmino, Mane.
